Shipping Info

We ship within the United States using USPS and charge a flat $5.00 rate for any package. Allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Longer processing times may occur with personalized printing.

Shipping Policy & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or unretrievable from your designated shipping address once they are marked as delivered. We strongly recommend choosing a secure shipping location to ensure safe delivery.

If you need to update your shipping address, please email us at stacy@gallery360designs.com as soon as possible. As long as your order has not yet shipped, we can usually update the address. However, once a package has shipped, we are unable to reroute it.

If your package goes missing while in transit, notify us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note: as the recipient, you will also need to file a claim with the shipping provider.

Refunds are not issued for missing packages until the carrier claim has been resolved.
We do not issue refunds for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
